Amanda Mollison

As the apparel lead I am in charge of all the apparel pads. I train and educate all teammates on the brand standards for apparel as well as MES and how to read and execute a gameplan. I assist with unloading, processing and pushing of freight. I maintain clean visual standards and update mannequins per season and as product sells or new product arrives. I have maintained a great repport with my team and work closely with all other departments including the front end to drive metrics. I am the courtside captain of DE&I for my store.

I am on the travel team for inventory for my store.

I have also done support help in other stores when needed and helped Lafayette, La with the HOS remodel.

As the apparel Lead at target I was in charge of setting all gameplans. I helped in the process of processing and then pushing freight off truck. I was the lead trainer for softlines so I trained all new employees on standards and fitting room process.
