As a registered pharmacy technician, I developed a strong foundation in medication safety, pharmacology, and patient care coordination within a fast-paced healthcare environment. My role required high attention to detail, accuracy under pressure, and effective communication with pharmacists, nurses, and physicians—skills that are directly applicable to nursing. Over time, my passion for patient-centered care deepened, especially seeing the critical impact that nurses have at the bedside. This inspired my decision to transition into nursing, specifically in emergency medicine, where rapid decision-making and direct care can save lives. I am now actively pursuing my RN license, with the goal of working in an Emergency Room, where I can combine my pharmaceutical knowledge with hands-on clinical care to make a meaningful difference in high-stakes situations.
