
Began working with CSC in January 2003 as a Customer Service Associate in the Corporate Department. When the Corporate Team merged with the Document Retrieval/UCC Team, I assisted in the training of the Document Retrieval/UCC Team Members in the Corporate operations and was trained and began working on Document Retrieval/UCC filings. From there I was asked to join the CSR's. Shortly after, I was asked to assist in LMS, which turned into a permanent position. In LMS I have assisted in intake as well as worked as an L3. When the L5 team was created, I was a part of that transition and was with the L5 Banking Team until my promotion to the Training and Quality Team in 2021. In 2025 I was promoted to Project Management Coordinator for the General Litigation Teams within the Litigation Management Services Department.
