  • Conduct daily visual inspections of the facilities/equipment to ensure pre-op program compliance. Collection of microbiological samples to evaluate the effectiveness of the sanitation procedures and environmental sampling programs according to JDF program schedules.
  • Manage and update CN program as needed to comply with JDF and government specifications in a timely and accurate manner. Oversee product hold and release data management and product reconciliation for internal quality failures and FSIS testing failures.
  • Develop SOPs/programs/policies as assigned. Empowered to perform/assign investigative testing or studies for customer complaints, pathogen testing root causes, foreign objects identification and shelf life failures.
  • Manage the external calibration program, customer cuttings, direct contact of sales and marketing. Primary QA representative on Pathogen Corrective action team.
  • Conduct validations for various HACCP plans according to the JDF schedule.
  • Manage and maintain the pest program along with monthly survey audit.
