Directed a team of 7 associates to research and develop a framework for a Blue Lease document - a novel concept based off of a green lease, but designed for marinas. Collaborated with stakeholders at all levels of the value chain (suppliers, chef/procurement, consumers, industry experts & senior executives) to identify obstacles to implementing the lease. Communicated effectively with the waterfront’s management team to present a centralized community engagement platform to manage the needs of over 2,000 various stakeholders.
Synthesized findings into a final business case recommendation and presented to client, resulting in implementation of a blue lease design team.

Summer Intern

Derian Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship

Collaborated with the Turtle Clan of Northern New Jersey and the wider Munsee community to curate a program to foster a genuine reconnection with the Munsee language and its cultural significance, resulting in the formation of a Munsee language day, the largest attended event of the sort to date. Lead the marketing and communications endeavors for the various projects, such as the Munsee Three Sisters crop rotation experiment, and the Rubenstein investigation into drought-resistant crops.
