Arranging appointments with X-Ray, Laser, Perfusion and Monitoring for procedures needed for this equipment. Making sure all preference cards are correctly added for procedures.

Coordinate surgical schedule with board team for seamless procedure planning and execution for the daily surgeries.

Update clear explanation of surgery in each surgery order I receive, while maintaining strict confidentiality in handling sensitive patient information.

I demonstrate and adapt to managing last minute schedule changes, while minimizing disruption to our workflow.

Answer telephone call from offices, answering any question and directing them with any information needed to post surgery for future or urgent.

Maintain accurate records for surgeries scheduled through our offices. Collaborate closely with administrative staff to ensure adequate staffing levels during high volume surgery days or absences among team members.

The role of administrator on call for surgery coordinating all calls coming in and scheduling the cases for non emergent and emergent cases to be added after work hours. Calling in staff(RN, Scrub Technician, ORA and PACU), making sure any if any outside vendor that's need for the case has been contacted as well. (Perfusionist, X-Ray, Laser, Hybrid X-Ray).

Frequently double-checking to make sure everything is flowing once an emergency case has been added, keeping Doctors updated with status of how things are progressing.
