I am currently a Junior in high-school, I worked at Cheddar's for four months, during which time I sharpened my communication skills with people of all ages. This is reflected not only in my ability to complete my assigned tasks but also in my willingness to assist others in different positions. For example, I helped run out food and drinks, pre-bus tables, and restock supplies.
