I’m responsible for load accuracy and scheduling accuracy. Making sure drivers can deliver safely to the customer within their hours of service. I help drivers with their logs and make sure they have what they need to perform their duties. I answer phones and emails and trouble shoot schedule conflicts. I generate our loads for the week and make sure our schedule coincide with the customers. I generate daily statistics from previous days performance to determine where we need to improve and make sure we correct any errors that occur.

• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
• Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material
• Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain scheduling and event calendars
• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
• Provide services to customers, such as order placement or account information
• Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet
• Order and dispense supplies.

• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
• Perform rentals of trucks and other merchandise in accordance with company policy
• Insure that every renter of vehicles is licensed and insured
• Enter all renter information into the database for tracking of vehicles.

• Accepting fares and picking them up and delivering them to their destination in a safe and timely manner.
