As a Teacher Assistant for Pre-k, my main responsibilities include helping the lead teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, assisting with student supervision, and providing support with daily tasks such as setting up materials and maintaining a safe and organized learning environment. I also help to assess students' progress, communicate with parents about their child's development, and collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the program.
