I have 8 years of experience with Applied Epic's management system, including the ins and outs of Download and Interface within the system - configuration, activation, Acord forms, and more. Problem solving has been a main focus of my job, whether it be working through data issues with carriers or training users on how certain carriers and/or aps download.
