I have worked directly with a carrier for 11+ years and then transitioned to the Broker segment in 2006 where I am still currently employed. I hold my Health, Life, Property & Casualty licenses and adhere to all Continuing Education requirements. I transitioned to an Account Management role for marketing renewals, creating proposals for alternative benefit options, handling day to day questions on billing and benefits, and maintaining overall client retention. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lead databases such as Salesforce & Benefit Point.
