Assisted residential clients in northern Virginia with sales and design services. Conducted consultations to gather client needs and delivered compliant landscape designs. Coordinated design development from concept to client approval.

• Assisted in achieving project goals by providing tailored planting and hardscape designs that aligned with client preferences and site conditions. Supported collaboration with reliable design-build contractors for smooth installation. Guided clients on project budgeting, cost management, and long-term garden maintenance strategies to enhance satisfaction.

• Taught a 3 week workshop entitled ‘Introduction to Landscape Design', 3-4 times per year. Course was an introductory course for students entering the NYBG Adult Education program.

• In charge of the drawings and designs for a large-scale indoor ice hockey rink on a private residence. Duties included permit drawings for County submission and attending weekly meetings for the project.

• Instructor of Planting Design I and II, total of 16 weeks with an average of 20 students per class. Course work involved lectures, pin ups and field trips.

• Assisted with high end residential garden design and installation. Projects include: Residence Garden: 120 acre residential project in Kiev, Ukraine. Was responsible for construction documents, and assisting in the buying and installation of plant material.

• Assisted large teams of designers in the implementation of design development and construction documents for large commercial projects such as: National Museum of the American Indian, World Bank, and the US Capitol and Capitol Square Site Security Design.

• Worked with small design teams in implementing designs for high end residential gardens in the DC metro area. Responsibilities included hand drafting of base plans, construction details and planting plans. Also responsible for site and plant analysis.
