Ana Impellizzeri

I am recent high school graduate and currently a full-time student at Queens College. I worked at Dolci Momenti Bakery for almost two years during high school while also achieving an Advanced Regents Diploma. I also an excelled as an athlete. During my time at the bakery, I learned to balance multiple responsibilities and commitments while also maintaining a high level of performance. I quickly learned the importance of providing exceptional customer service both in person and on the phone, while also learning to multitask and perform in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. I often had to problem solve and collaborate with my co workers to make customers were receiving exceptional service. I was given many responsibilities and often helped train new employees. I am a hard worker, quick learner and self-driven college student looking for working experience toward my future career in healthcare. I believe these valuable skills I have learned these last few years will help me to be successful in any environment.
