Duties:

Help customers through the entire loan application process and give the white glove experience.
Reviewed application documents and finalize the loan. Assist managers by floor walking and helping train and answer questions for other RMCs.
Traveled with SoFi to train RMCs at other sites. (New York California Texas and Delaware)
Help our legal team answer Better Business Bureau claims in a timely manner.
RMC : take customer calls and help troubleshoot any application problems or questions.
