I applied to Chili's on December 13th 2024. I was really nervous for my interview and since I didn't do so well on my last few interviews, I was nervous. When the interview was over and I was notified I got the job, I was excited. Now working this job for a while, I see how it taught me a lot. It taught me to better manage my time and get to interact with many different people. I have nice coworkers and I'm glad I applied here. When my job gets tough, I think about the times I didn't have a job or how so many people my age need a job. I now know that hosting isn't just greeting and seating guests; you have to be a fast worker, especially during a rush. You need to make sure every booth/table is clean (can't sit a guest on dirty chairs). When helping with bussing, you need to put all the condiments and spices back in the right places (same with the dishes). You let the servers know how many people you sat in their section
