
I am very good at multitasking and maintaining high standards of quality, I excelled at Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ by managing multiple food stations and ensuring kitchen efficiency. I am able to adapt very quickly from the start when I began in Orange I was taught station to station, from the Prep Station all the way towards the Broiler station. But after 4 years I was relocated to a new location in Santa Ana which during the pandemic it shut down and I was relocated back to Orange offering years of quality performance in food service. Known for reliability, efficiently in the kitchen.
