I've worked with individuals one-on-one or in small groups, providing specialized in-home/studio personal training. My main focus was to develop goals and design cardiovascular and strength training programs to suit each individual's needs, whether it was for weight loss, increasing cardiovascular fitness, building lean muscle tissue, rehabilitation, or for those just wanting to live a healthier lifestyle.
