I have seven years of retail experiences as an assistant manager at Family Dollar. At the direction of the assistant store manager positions my duties involve production, customer services expertise in manufacturing, loss prevention, and retail. Along with, assists in unloading all merchandise from deliver truck, organizes merchandise, transfers merchandise from stockroom to store. Likewise, ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed, completing task assigned by the general manger accurately and efficiently and ensuring product quality and availability. Hiring, training, developing new employees to maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices. In addition, I had to manage the store while the store manager wasn't in, and I been a hard worker who drives high sales in both slow and busy shifts. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. As well as, I'm able to learn new task quickly and proficient in growing key customer relationships. Represent establishment with friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
