• Performed clinical duties including vaccine administration, venipuncture, blood draws, specimen collection, EKGs, urinalysis, ear lavage, nebulizer treatments, and wound care with accurate EHR documentation

• Managed patient coordination tasks such as scheduling, appointment confirmations, high-volume calls, Spanish translation, and processing/faxing medical records to specialists

• Maintained compliance and data accuracy by logging vaccine temperatures, documenting in CAIR and PRIMEX EHR systems, and handling super-billing for vaccines and injections
