Participate in patient care coordination, previsit planning, prepare patients for examinations. Prepare patients charts, verify patient information, schedule appointments and document any health concerns since last visit. Handle telehealth visits, phone calls and faxes. Monitor quality controls logs and do inventory, Clinical services performed are as follows: give treatment as directed, take vitals, assist with various procedures such a s ekg., room care, immunizations, ear lavage, collect urine specimens, eye examinations, hearing test, Participating in chaperoning, nebulizer treatments, glucose test, hemoglobin tes, flu and strep test, Also therapeutic injections.

Responsible for obtaining patients information, prep charts, any test results and recording their vitals signs.

Prepare patient for and testing, injections, allergy examinations and blood testing as directed by Physician.

Keeping rooms clean and sanitized.

Prescription refills and prior authorization on prescription refills

Perform office duties.

Responsible for inventory and order any medial. laboratory or office supplies.

Drawing blood samples, setting up machines cataloging for analysis, assuring that all collection instruments and environments are sterile and of first use, labeling of collection container, verification for identification.

File paperwork, disposal of fluids.

Verify vitals ranges of each donor, required to train phlebotomist in sample collections machine set up, select proper stick, preparation of arm, and programming collection weight. Quality assurance
