Regional Field Trainer / Mentor
• Manage CSL Behring products for rare/orphan disease, and acute/urgent surgery in Allergy/Immunology and Hospital accounts. Subcutaneous self-injectable biologic experience including the Hereditary Angioedema market, Alpha 1 market as well as IV infusion 4 factor PCC for Warfarin reversal. Hospital Products include KCENTRA, Berinert and Albumin. Rare disease include Haegarda and Zemaira, Key targets include General Surgeons, Emergency Physicians, Neurosurgeons, Allergists, Pulmonologists, Gastroenterologists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Critical Care Teams, ENT, and Pharmacists. New Product launch experience in Allergy, GI, Trauma and Hospital
• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists, nurse educators and referral coordinators in Biologics, Pulmonology, Asthma and Allergy, Neurosciences, Cardiology and Emergency to educate on product related information. Experience working with P and T committees on setting product up on Hospital formulary and managing consignment vs. direct buy. Experience assisting specialty pharmacies with referral pull through, and insurance authorizations.

• Regional Sales Trainer– Assist with the instructional design of workshops at POAs and national meetings. On board new Area Managers, develop training platforms for new product launches. Collaborate with marketing on new product labels and indications while assisting with the role out to the national sales team.
• Work closely with area MSL’s, CAM’s, area speakers, patient advocates, KOL’s, reimbursement coordinators, as well as attend numerous vendor conferences nationwide in a joint effort to pull through product orders and referrals at all levels.
