• 1. Localization of Influenza Viral Polymerase PA/PB1/PB2 Interactions with AIFM1,01/19 -05/21, Responsible to Primary Research Advisor for project development and design for understanding the interactions and translocation of PA and AIFM1 in vitro, and transduction of viral DNA for protein analysis (western blot analysis), including DNA preparations. Coordinated experiments with other researchers. Developed research plan to identify interaction using immunofluorescence. Evaluated position of the protein interaction after time intervals. Established future directions of this aim that evaluated the protein-protein interaction.
• 2. Heart regeneration therapy of Danio rerio,01/18 -05/18, Responsible to Primary Research Advisor for project development for heart regenerative therapy under stress-induced environment in vivo and in vitro of embryonic and adult Danio rerio. Developed procedure for extracting cardiac myocytes from living hearts and maintaining cell line in culture. Leveraged knowledge of effects stress induction such as medication, exercise, and swimming rates., Explored modulate cardiac myocytes regeneration capacity through gene expression analysis. Used Danio rerio embryos to facilitate culture and evaluation of the developing atrioventricular canal.
