Summary

I served 22 years in the Marine Corps and reach rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant (E9). I pride myself of self-reliance and self-discipline. Being an all-rounded professional is something I take a lot of pride in. A professional is having the ability to know the job and constantly seek improvement. Complacency will break down the fabric of what we have created in any situation, and one must always be looking for ways to improve and ensure safety and security for everyone involved. Tactics are essential but are only one tool effective communications and vigilance are equally important.
