Performs customer service with a standard of excellence, an ethic of patient empathy for requests from clients, as well as their frustrations. My goal in every unique interaction is to retain satisfied customers and maintain brand trust through effective service with moderate to high tech literacy.
In my last 2 semesters of my exercise science program in college, just prior to Covid, I shadowed a highly skilled business owner of Birch Performance. His services attracted a broad set of demographics with specialized goals. He was sought after by basketball athletes ranging from youth to division one athletes aspiring to play professional leagues in Europe, to the elderly and various disabled clients. Roy was very appealing to high achieving athletes for his goal and position specific training. Also his services were very attractive to the elderly and disabled clients for his creativity to work around compromises. As this industry was put on hold I had two children leading me to a more secure line of work for the time. I worked as a butcher and more recently have driven cab and delivery to make myself available for the development of my children. I’m currently wanting to enter into my career for fitness and wellness now that the market is more secure and many gyms offer the extended benefit of discounted childcare. This would allow me to work more hours outside of daycare and school hours as I am raising them by myself.
Running an agricultural business helped to acquire the skills to contact clients globally to wholesale the raw material Echinacea Angustifolia. Buying from harvesters, processing, fulfilling orders, shipping and finding buyers were the majority the workload. Handling a variety of nations and cultures required communication across different degrees of business scales and communication barriers.
While in college I was away from my agricultural business
on week days. During this period I worked for two years as an IT tech at Garden City Community College. Hardware related work and troubleshooting around campus or remotely for staff were the primary tasks.
This role enabled learning a variety of problem solving skills across Windows and Apple products.

Ride-sharing was an effective means of adding additional income during the pandemic. This is when I began raising two children. Eventually my partner had developed postpartum depression after our second child. This led to my children and I becoming unwelcome in the home of which I was the lease holder from January of 2022 to June 2024. This forced me to pay rent at my new home as well as my former residence for a year. Being a single parent with no co-parent for this period of time was extraordinarily taxing. Ride-sharing enabled me to be available for critical matters involving my children while allowing me to earn around 2,000 dollars or more per week. The downside is no security and no benefits. With my former lease ending that leaves more room to sacrifice take home earnings for the benefits my children need. Ultimately my children have reached the level of development that I am now seeking roles with career development pathways.
