07/2024 - Senior Technical Account Manager

• I was recently promoted to Senior as I demonstrated an ability to hit metrics, teach a multitude of classes, handle escalations, assist other Account Managers with cases, and take part of special projects.

01/2022 - Technical Account Manager

• As a TAM I started establishing myself as a leader by becoming the first Account Manager to become a Certified Presenter. This started a push for other Account Managers to follow suit. After getting my certification, I began teaching internal and client classes.

09/2020 - Associate Technical Account Manager

• As an ATAM I learned as much as possible about our software and relevant industry knowledge. I quickly became a contributing member to our team.

• I was responsible for prepping and cleaning job sites as well as communicating with customers
• We did a variety of work that required thinking outside the box at times
• We painted, fixed dry wall, minor electrical, minor pluming, and carpentry work
• Currently managing the complete remolding of a flip house.

• At Olive Garden our responsibility is to make sure guest (not customers) had a wonderful family dining experience
• As a server we provide everything the guest would need, and solved any issue that may occur during the dinning process.
