Throughout my professional experience in logistics, dispatching, equipment rentals, and customer service, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills. My roles have required me to effectively manage customer relationships, coordinate operations, resolve issues quickly, maintain accurate records, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments. In addition to my professional experience, I was a successful collegiate athlete and team leader who helped lead my program to back-to-back World Series appearances. This experience strengthened my leadership, teamwork, accountability, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure while working toward common goals, qualities that continue to contribute to my success in the workplace.
