Responsible for the combined revenue forecast and delivery of two divisions estimated at ~$330M in sales. Partnered with the CRO and Product Management to streamline processes related to sales and identify opportunities in both price and cost.

Finance leader for a $265M printer manufacturing division including P&L forecasting, cash forecasting for new sales, terms approvals outside of the standard including internal financing options, annual planning and delivering AOP result.

• Responsible for the forecasting cycles, financial reporting system administration, and aided in facilitating the AOP process.
• Supported the CFO and CAO for Corp reporting requirements including BOD and internal Executive reviews.
• Facilitated reporting structure changes when divesting two of three main divisions within the company
• Oversaw training and development of Corp FP&A analysts focused on G&A support functions including allocation methodologies used for multiple business units.
