  • Beginning in 2018 as a start up, I was hired by iHerb as a Supervisor developing and training our pick team operation.
  • My leadership and organizational were skills were quickly recognized and I was offed the position of Manager of Warehouse Operations and was tasked with helping to develop a 2nd shift.
  • Consisting of two, four day shifts, we brought on and trained over 200 people, along with five Supervisors and six Leads on each shift to cover the operation.
  • Since then I have had a hand in the entire operation, from Receiving to Shipping and all points in between covering both nights and days as needed.
  • Currently running our 2nd shift with a focus on production and overseeing Shipping for both days and nights.

  • This includes the tracking and receiving of our import and domestic inbound containers, ship confirmations of branch transfers, cross dock, freight forward orders, and allocations.

  • Additional responsibilities would include customer pick-ups and returns, processing cash deposits from delivery/pick-up orders, maintaining inventory of office supplies, and acting as the 'unofficial' onsite IT guy.
  • Since starting with Larson-Juhl, I have been involved with the planning and implantation of our LEAN principles through the use of 5S methodology which has been driven by our Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) program.
