Andrew (Andy) Johnson

I am seeking a board member position to contribute to the continued success of our beloved resort.

As a board member, I will bring several years of hands-on experience in coordinating installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks while also maintaining a balanced budget.

As a maintenance supervisor, I'm skilled in monitoring inventory and assessing the necessary types of installations and repairs. I am a friendly and punctual professional with a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.

I am owner of 6 units with a passion for creating and maintaining our family-friendly vacation destination.

My wife and I have both retired. We have 2 sons, and 3 grandchildren who all enjoy coming to this resort.

I have regularly attended board meetings for several years. My peers had the confidence in me to appoint me to fill in the unexpired term for a member who resigned due to work obligations. I would like to continue to serve on the board for the good of the owners.
