I started at Hot topic as a seasonal in Kokomo, IN. I was kept on after seasonal, and ended up being in management after 3 months. I have been in management twice now at two different stores. I have experience with money handling, upselling, customer service, open and closing, stocking, and of course managerial experience.

I was a certified color consultant at Sally’s. I had more open and closing experience. I also got experience training new hires. I helped customers with hair care AND color recommendations. Working at Sally’s also taught me how to manage people who are prone to throwing fits in my store. I left because I moved.
