I left the IRS to become a full-time caretaker to my father who could not, at that time, care for himself. He needed full assistance including walking, restroom needs, doctor's appointments, shopping, and meal preparation. My father is now much more independent and I am now able to take on a full-time position. 

As a CSR I would answer phone calls and help taxpayers with account issues such as locating their refund, releasing refunds, transferring credits, screening calls to transfer to appropriate departments, explain letters to taxpayers and much more. I am skilled in refund inquiry as well as balance due. With balance due, I would also explain fees and interest as well as create payment plans. When not taking phone calls, I worked paper by adjusting amended returns and account issues. I used job specific tools and websites to conduct research and make these corrections. I am certified in both phone and paperwork.

While working at Wal-Mart, I transitioned from cashier to self-checkout and then on to customer service and the money center. My CSR duties included thorough knowledge of store policies as I would preform sales, returns, exchanges and inform customers on said policies. Working the Money Center, I would cash checks, assist with bill payments, send and receive money for customers, report transactions over $10,000, load and unload debit cards and more. I would also set and reset the tills as well as load money into our money machine at the end of my shifts.

While working at Target as a cashier, I would preform sales as well as inform customers of store policies, encourage guest to apply for the Target Credit Cards and enroll guest who decided to apply for them.

I am currently enrolled at FCC with aspirations to receive my Associate Degree summer of 2025, then transfer to Fresno State. I am currently majoring in Business/ Real Estate; I expect to transition into an Accounting Major at Fresno State.

I received my high school diploma in 2012.
