6 Months- Manage hands-on product development and production across NYC’s Garment District, coordinating directly with factories, pattern makers, sample rooms, fabric mills, and domestic and international suppliers.

- Own production trims across all styles, including trim sourcing, development, pricing, availability, lead times, and allocation; maintain strong knowledge of garment trims and construction components.
- Prepare style cost sheets, seasonal production budgets, and cost planning; analyze previous production, sell-through, and top-performing styles to support production quantity decisions.
- Manage fabrics, leathers, and trims from sourcing through production, including receiving and allocating materials, tracking stock, purchasing, payments, and international delivery logistics.
- Create cut tickets and marking/grading instruction forms, organize and maintain production patterns, and communicate construction, sewing, and pattern changes directly with factories.
- Assist in garment fittings, technical design, pattern adjustments, and custom/made-to-measure development to ensure production-ready construction and fit.
- Maintain production calendars and work closely with Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure quality standards and shipment deadlines are met.

2 Years 3 Months- Support the full product development lifecycle from concept to production, partnering with design, merchandising, and technical teams to align timelines, materials, and quality standards.
