If not acceptable, prepare the application for the reject process.
Key the the applicant’s information into the government database, this includes CLAIMS and ELIS. For forms I-765s, Scan the passport photos using the scanner equipment.
Manuel Reject Process: Type up the reject letter. It is rejected using a letter approved by USCIS. It is printed, and mailed to the applicant or attorney. This process is done using the Reject Tracker program and the provided reject-call ups, which provide all the listed reasons as to why the application is being rejected.
Processing Fees: Identify what type of check it is, the amount, and reject the fees back to the applicant or attorney. This is also done using the Reject Tracker. When USCIS used to collect fees for applications, I used to process the fees along with the application, in CLAIMS 3.
