In 2023 new owners of a med spa who had just started working with us did $21k over the course of 6 hours at their first event, the following year at the same event with our guidance they shortened it to 3 ours and did just over $42k. A practice that had just completed a $1.5M build out and was struggling to keep their head above water financially made the decision to partner with us. About 2 weeks into working with us they had planned and executed an open house that they spent $18k on and closed the event having made $0. Their next event was on the tail end of their 6 month contract with us an yielded a drastically different result, they spent only about $1k on the event and at the close of the event they made $105k.

  • Med Spa Revenue YOY Growth; In 2018 increased med spa revenue 87% YOY. It was the first time the med spa had ever paid for itself and didn't need the injectable revenue to keep it afloat. This trend continued until I departed.
  • Team Retention: Maintained a 90% team member retention rate during my time as practice manager and no longer had to recruit top talent as they sought us out.
  • Brand Loyalty Program: In 2020 $100K come back to the practice in the form of rebates from Allergan's Brilliant Distinctions program.
  • Retail Sales: Became the #1 ZO Skin Health account in the state of Washington after only carrying the line for 7 months. We were the #64 SkinMedica account in the country. We sold $150K in SkinMedica in 6 weeks in order to attain tier 4 status.
  • YOY Event Growth: Grew our annual open house revenue from $30K in 2017, $108K in 2018, $202K in 2019 to $355K in 2020 despite the pandemic shutdown due to out of the box thinking and a clearly defined strategy.
  • Marketing & Events: Created a Black Friday campaign that grew from $39K in 2017 to over $100K in 2019. This was accomplished while allowing the office to be closed thereby increasing the teams satisfaction with work life balance. 12 Days of Christmas campaign brought in $112k in 2019.
  • Brand Recognition: Refined the brand and culture to be easily recognizable by both clients and business partners alike.
  • Reputation Management: Became a go to practice to be offered a private meeting or training anytime Allergan had a renowned KOL in our territory.
  • Device ROI: Purchased a $225k laser and made $150k in the first 5 weeks thanks to a really tight launch strategy
