I serve 200+ customers daily by taking prescriptions, answering questions, billing insurances, scheduling vaccine appointments, returning voicemails, and by handling payments. I managed phone calls across 12 lines, taking prescriptions, answering questions, and resolving insurance concerns. I carefully measure prescriptions, prepare and print labels, fill up to 300 prescriptions daily. I assisted managing inventory by doing cycle counts. I keep all customers privacy by maintaining confidentiality and upholding all HIPAA laws.

I supervise cashiers by assigning them tasks that need to be completed daily. I as well complete supervisor tasks that need to be done such as, taking customer inquires, assist customers in ringing up items, do planograms, put out price change tags, unload truck, manage inventory, and count the money drawers and safe at the end of each night then make a deposit.

I rang up 300+ customers daily on the register with small orders to orders that costed over $1000+. I also was leader of the togo team which was our togo orders where we timely shopped the order that the customer submitted, bag it, label it, and then store it in the togo room where it waited for the customer to come pick it up. I also handled cashing out and selling lottery tickets and giving refunds to customers on items not wanted.

This was a summer job where i cleaned 3+ bedroom houses on the beach. I cleaned sheets, vacuumed the carpets, swept kitchen, mopped, cleaned toilets and showers, and disinfected the entire house all in a timely manner.
