I supervise over the Cashiers, Cashier Assistants and shoppers for Amazon. I oversee their breaks and lunches to make sure everyone gets breaks in time. I counsel team members on areas where they can improve but also uplift them and let them know their assets. I work closely with the customer to provide excellent customer service and I work continually learning more about our products to better help the customers. I work with all the product returns as well. I work in different areas in the store whenever needed that includes: working as a Cashier, Cashier assistant and a shopper as well. I also have to audit registers, work with loan tills, take out and put up register tills.
