•Responsible for managing the Amusement Depot, including but not limited to our NSO/NSO’s, Depot staff, Depot projects & Depot systems
•Manage NSO/NCO equipment selection process
•Manage NSO/NCO refurbishment team to make sure high standards/goals/productivity goal are met
•Manage Warehouse for NSO/NCO prep & organization/system/productivity of personnel
•Assist Director of Amusement Support with NSO/NCO equipment planning & logistics
•Assists with researching latest part needs (aligning with our Amusement Systems/Supply Chain Manager) to introduce new parts/service
•Works with Amusement Depot leads to ensure all sections are running optimally.
•Develop relationships with our locations & vendors to ensure smooth operation for our systems/stores/procurement
•Facilitate weekly One-on-One’s with Staff leads and hold accountable to standards/KPIs
•Manage ordering /organization/stocking of parts
•Manage Repair/Advance Replacement system & look at ways to expand for increased store support
•Manage Inventory & spending to ensure targets are achieved
· Manage and coach a talented group of Techs, responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team possible
· Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all D&B Guests and staff
· Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order
· Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs
· Monitor and perform daily store maintenance as instructed
· Strive for 100% "game playability" and repair games on the fly
