  • Work closely with all academic program secretaries, research center secretaries, COES Dean’s Office staff, University Purchasing, Comptroller’s office and Finance/Administration

  • Monitor a budget for the College for approximately $170,000 in operating funds, over $1M in student fees, over $500,000 in foundation funds, and approximately 13M in external grants and contracts
  • Signature authority for purchasing cards for operating and start-up accounts.
