- Coordinated Po from port or in-land rail yard to X-dock warehouse or directly to customer warehouse. Ensuring truckers were aware of freight coming in, securing the capacity for these loads, and contacting warehouse or delivery warehouse with Paperwork to receiver the PO. Collected Paper work and charges to receive and bill out.
- Worked closely with customer service, for timely updates on any hot loads. Worked closely with outbound team, to coordinate xdock loads at multiple whs locations. Worked close with purchasing team, on product delays, costings, sourcing rates for new products. Worked closely with accounting on bills and making sure PO's were turned in to be received for month end. Worked closely with compliance and Seattle warehouse when handling USDA or any sample collections for FDA.
