Wrote 4 to 10 estimates/supplements a day in Xactimate using eagleview/hover reports to bring structures to pre-storm condition using acquire specific state and IRC codes, photos, bids, and any additional documentation to back up the estimate/supplement. Verified estimate/supplement was received with carrier/adjuster. Negotiate with the adjuster on the estimate/supplement on specific line items. Once approved verified the estimate/supplement was profitable. It not renegotiate with the carrier/adjuster on said estimate/supplement.

Send approved estimate/supplement to the production department. Follow up with the production department to verify if a back end supplement was required or not. If required send a redacted supplier invoice with revised estimate/supplement to the carrier/adjuster. Once received by the carrier/adjuster follow up on status. When the estimate/supplement was approved send to the Estimating Administrative Assistant to invoice carrier and the insured.

Started as a general estimator/administrator writing supplements/insurance related estimates for multiple states for Reroof America. Have excellent exterior and interior knowledge of storm damage.

Key responsibilities were writing estimates/supplements, reviewing eagleview/hover reports and photos. Acquire specific state and IRC codes, bids (if needed) and any additional documentation to bring the storm damaged structures back to pre-storm condition. Send said estimate/supplement to the carrier. Verified received, once received negotiate with the adjuster on specific line items. Once approved and production was completed, follow up with the production manager on profitably and final review. Revised pricelist when needed to when work was started. If needed resubmit to carrier for final approval. Once final approval was obtained submit final invoice and certificate of completion to carrier to release any remaining funds including the depreciation to the insured.

Submitted Service Consultants/sub contractors payroll to corporate on a weekly basis and electronic deposits. Verified sub contractor agreements and insurances for each year. Supported and wrote estimates for other company offices when needed.
