  • Co-Managed a start-up Ecommerce Retail business and "Wearer of many hats", including overall business operations, all ecommerce sales and purchases, AR/AP bookkeeping, logistics tracking and movement of freight, product and SKU creation, along with inventory management and purchasing.
  • Oversaw day to day sales and shipments of ecommerce seller and vendor accounts including Overstock.com, Wayfair.com, Houzz.com, HallmanIndustries.com, Amazon.com, Ebay.com, as well as helped monitor HomeDepot.com account and the onboarding of new accounts using platforms like WooCommerce, Supplier Oasis, and CommerceHub and Seller Portals for Amazon, Ebay..
  • Created vendor account spreadsheet to manage and track all sales and shipments across all ecommerce platforms.
  • Cross-trained all employees on how to properly operate and manage both the backend and frontend of all partner account platforms.
  • POC and liaison with International manufacturers in Italy and International Customs export/import, including placing batch purchase orders for both B2C and B2B accounts, tracking incoming container manifests and ETAs and scheduling container deliveries with CHRobinson.
  • Co-Managed Logistics using 3PL and freight management with CHRobinson and WorldWide Express accounts.
  • Created Bill of Ladings for all freight shipments and labels for all small package shipments, scheduled all pickups as well as track orders and relayed that information to customers and partner accounts.
  • Used CRM through 365 Business Central to help answer leads and B2C inquiries when needed.
  • Helped with marketing strategies and worked with influencers to showcase products through home improvement avenues such as HGTV.
  • Worked with new digital product creation using PhotoShop and Canva to help create a custom color wheel for each SKU and onboarded new product into ecommerce accounts.
  • Was the Senior Project Manager in charge of migration from one business platform (Fishbowl) to another (Microsoft Dynamics/ Business Central) which included extensive historical data overhaul, account research and extensive use of Microsoft Dynamics software, specifically Excel.
  • Managed a team to create an entirely new website for the growing company, switching from WordPress to Magento which included all backend operations of website design and functionality, image creation, plugins and extensive data entry for product creation and SKU data import.
  • Managed all warehouse inventory, and created an extensive company inventory spreadsheet designed to monitor and track the entire movement of product from production phase to shipping and receiving by clients.
  • Successfully managed company AR/AP and bookkeeping using Fishbowl, Google Docs and Excel and helped create a system to track cost.
  • Created an imagery documentation system for S&R, front and backend warehouse inventory, and signed Bill of lading documentation to create a seamless quality control process for the warehouse team.
  • Extensive remote work experience averaging 90% for 3 years, occasionally worked on-site in warehouse during imported shipment days when the business physically needed more hands or on-site training.
