As a supervisor, I oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both staff and customers. I manage and prepare for current season bowling leagues, coordinating with participants and handling logistics. Additionally, I am responsible for repairing broken lane machines to ensure optimal functionality. My role includes providing excellent customer service, bussing tables, and managing reservations. I also take on opening and closing duties, maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
