Account Manager -Central Region

  • Responsible for advancing the relationship between Kohler, distributor, and our customers. Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate all distributor business development events. Currently support the 7 Central Region Distributors and the Miami Kohler Office.
  • Plan and set up factory visits, customer experience trips, and factory witness tests- virtual and in person. Conduct Factory Tours of the Mosel Plant for Distributors, EC, GC and End Customers.
  • Hold Monthly Dashboard/Scorecard Distributor Meetings. Discuss the sales activity, Quote activities, and overall distributor health. Provide updates from the factory.
  • Manage the distributor forecasts to ensure completeness and accuracy. Schedule monthly calls to review all the data.
  • Support distribution by answering lead times, pricing, issue resolution, expediting, lost jobs, out of territory and past due order review.
  • Work closely with all of the support teams within Kohler such as Marketing, Scheduling, SIOP, Sales Administration, Production Floor, and Credit.
  • Focus on the Distributor by holding Partners in Power 3 times a year. Bringing in the Distributors to learn about Kohler and the various department and associates they work with. Leave with a better understanding of how to work best with us.
