• Serve as a brand ambassador to assist the brand partner associates and customers with in-store transactions
• Help in opening credit cards as well as credit line increases for in-store customers and authorizing sales when needed for customers in the store
• Document interactions and update customer records in company systems
• Utilize knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook and Teams to execute daily work
• Assist customers with redemptions, disputes & inquiries regarding Loyalty Rewards Program calls that span one or many brand partners

• Answer questions about account type and banking products
• Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud or theft
• Check on the status of the customer accounts and track checks and payments
• Review and explain account transactions
• Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud or theft
• Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit cards
• Assist with address changes and phone number changes
