As a team leader at Coolidge McDonald's. I was there to help others out in different ways, making sure everyone stayed on top of their work, and making sure everything was in order. I also worked with everyone to make sure they would have it down, even though it's a fast-paced job. I always wanted to make sure they were comfortable at their job and wanted them to know it's okay to make some mistakes; that's how you learn, from the mistakes you made. I would always cheer them up if they were having a hard time getting something down, telling them it's okay, we will get it down the next time, or I would work with them until they got it. I never gave up on them, no matter how many mistakes were made, because we are all human, and mistakes happen.
