I have achieved and was awarded out standing General Manager two years in a row.  I have achieved this by growing the business, operations excellence and community involvement.  I have been very active in the community by doing teacher give back nights, donating food to Good Will and shelters.  I have also been involved with the ronald mcdonald house charities, My team raised thousands of dollars for the charity and was awarded a grand prize for being one the highest store to collect donations. In the last 2 years I have taken my store from a 3.4 to almost a 5 million dollar restaurant.
