Directs day-to-day operation including all aspects of production, guest experience, work environment, P&L management and inventory control. Recruits and selects talent and ensures performance expectations are clearly communicated and proper training is provided. Provides continuous coaching and follow up to develop team and manage performance; delivers constructive feedback, conducts quarterly reviews, and addresses any performance issues in a timely, effective manner.

Partners with Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of the guest experience, production, work environment, P&L management and inventory control. Supports Bakery Manager in recruiting, selecting and training team members, directing daily work responsibilities and providing performance feedback and coaching.

The first point of brand contact in the bakery. Created a warm welcoming environment for our guests. Processed guest orders efficiently and accurately.
