• 2018 – 2024: Greek Orthodox Youth Association, Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church – President (2023-2024), Vice President (2022-2023), Secretary (2021-2022, 2020-2021) – Led meetings, coordinated community outreach programs, organized, and participated in social activities. Organized and led health kit making initiatives for hurricane and fire victims. Organized winter apparel and hygiene product drives and facilitated delivery of items to a local shelter and a community pantry. Participated in monthly casserole making initiative for a hot meal program in Baltimore. Led sandwich making effort for Lighthouse Shelter. Involved in an ongoing effort to raise funds to build a Church in Kenya. Prepared and distributed meeting minutes. Skills acquired: leadership, coordination, teamwork, communication, public speaking.
• 2021 – 2024: Annapolis High School Drama Company – Participated in one play and three musical theatre productions. Selected for leading roles in the play Radium Girls and in the musical The Addams Family and supporting lead roles in the musicals Hello Dolly and Mama Mia. Skills acquired: leadership, coordination, teamwork, vocal technique, dancing, public speaking.
• 2021 – 2024: Annapolis High School Chinese Club/Chinese Honor Society – Vice President – Raised awareness of Chinese culture and traditions. Skills acquired: leadership, teamwork.
• 2018 – 2024: Hellenic Folk Dance Festival – Annual competition for Greek folk dancing in the New Jersey Metropolis of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese. Practiced weekly with a co-ed group of dancers. Placed first, second and third out of 10 groups throughout years of membership. Skills acquired: teamwork, discipline, dependability, dance techniques, collaboration.
• 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022: St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival – Composed and publicly presented a speech about the Greek Orthodox faith. Earned first place in parish and district level all four years. Selected to compete at the national competition in 2021 and selected as an alternate in 2022. Skills acquired: public speaking, communication, research.
• 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023: Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, Breakfast with Santa Event – Participated in annual event where breakfast, activities, and gifts are provided to underprivileged children from local area elementary schools. Served as event co-lead in 2022 and 2023. Skills acquired: leadership,teamwork, communication, coordination, time management, attention to detail.
• 2021 – 2022: Annapolis High School Cross Country Team – Competed in county and state-wide track meets. Skills acquired: teamwork, discipline, persistence.
• 2020 – 2022: Annapolis High School Key Club – Participated in community service projects and fundraisers. Skills acquired: teamwork, outreach, problem-solving.
• 2020 – 2021: Annapolis High School Mock Trial Team – Worked with team to develop cases for both the prosecution and defense sides, served as a witness in mock criminal trials, participated in competitions against other schools.
