  • Used Microsoft excel to create an ordering sheet for windows to send to customers to eliminate guesswork. Ordering sheet has all qualifying questions with drop-downs. needed to eliminate any mistakes and eliminate back and forth email and phone conversations.
  • As Champion of the laser lab at the Milwaukee Makerspace, raised money to purchase three brand new XTool lasers, a new Boss laser, and expanded our laser lab, into a second room with an area for design computers. In addition, spearheaded an effort to acquire a free laser from Xtool through their "1% for the Makers" Program where they gave the Milwaukee Makerspace a laser and an exhaust system at no cost.
  • Upgraded our training system in the Milwaukee Makerspace laser lab from an email-based system to utilizing Google Forms and Picktime to create a more organized waitlist system for training and scheduling 900 members. System is visible online through a google calendar and on a DAKboard display screen at each building.
