I handled a minimum of 5 tables at a time. I was able to extensively remember our menu and explain in extreme detail to our customers the items on our dinner menu and our cocktail list. Not to mention, being able to describe a wine list including over 50 different wines. I helped to bartend, host, run food, and help our serving assistants while serving and taking excellent care of my customers.
